1. The manifestation and analysis of racial hatred in reality.

Often, racial hatred begins with words. Maybe it's just a joke.

Analyzing jokes: Malicious or benign? Occasionally or often?

一、種族仇恨在现實中的表现与辨析。

常常,種族仇恨從言論開始。或許引发自一個玩笑。

辩析玩笑:恶意或善意?偶爾或多次?

2. Responding to racial hatred and civil mediation.

Whether it is civil or criminal, the usual approach in Canada is to put circumstances first and reason second. Mediate first, then go to court.


二、種族仇恨應對之,民事调解。

無論是民事的或是刑事的加拿大通常的做法是情在第一,理随其二。先做調解,后上法庭。

3. Respond to racial hatred after reporting the case.

A. The Chinese have the appearance of being silent, patient, and hard-working. That may be because in the past, the motherland was not strong enough and was labeled as the sick man of East Asia by foreigners for a long time. Even people from other Asian countries in Canada will engage in discriminatory and hateful behaviors towards Chinese people. Nowadays, Chinese organizations in Canada have sprung up and are very enthusiastic about participating in politics.

三、種族仇恨應對之,报案舆立案之後。

A、華人有沉默、忍耐、任勞任怨的表象。那或許是因為過去祖国不夠強大,長期被外族污蠛為東亞病夫的原因。甚至是加拿大的其他亞裔國家的人也會對華人產生歧視和仇恨行为。现在加国的華人周體組織如雨後春筍参政议政的热情很高。

B. Litigation is a long-lasting process and will cause a certain amount of psychological pressure and life pressure. It may affect the lives of individuals and families. But there is always a rainbow after the storm that is even more beautiful. 3. We must actively respond to acts of racial discrimination and racial hatred and be good at using legal weapons correctly to safeguard our own rights. You may win or lose a lawsuit. But with long-term efforts, a successful lawsuit will serve as an effective warning. A signal, a public notice, so that anyone with racial discrimination and hatred will not dare to vent freely.

B、打官司是一個曠日持久的,會形成一定的心理壓力、生活壓力。可能會影響到個人、家庭的生活。但暴风雨後定有彩虹更美。3 要积极應對種族歧视和種族仇恨的行為善於正確的利用法律的武器維護自身的權利。打官司或勝訴或败訴.但長期的努力,勝诉的官司会起到有效的警示作用。一個信號,一個公示,讓任何有種族歧视和仇恨的人不敢随意發泄。

4. What should be done, what can be done, and what can be done to deal with racial hatred.

Individual: Understand the relevant legal implications of the concept. Know the correct ways to avoid and identify racist and hateful behaviors. Actively and correctly respond to phenomena and behaviors of racial discrimination and racial hatred that may be encountered.

Group: Solidarity, mutual assistance, support and active participation

Organization: (Non-governmental organizations such as the Anti-Racial Discrimination Alliance), coordinate government-private communication, publicize and popularize relevant knowledge and successful cases. Provide assistance to parties involved in adjustment, litigation, etc. Raise and establish relevant funds.

四、種族仇恨麃對之,应為、可為、能為之事。

个人:了解相關的法律意義的概念。知道正确的规避、辨识種族歧视与仇恨的行為。积极正確的應對可能遇到的種族歧視、種族仇恨的現象和行為。

群體:团结互助、注支持、积极参与

组织:(反種族歧视同盟等民间组织),協調政府民間的沟通、宣傳普及相關的知識、成功的案例。幫助當事人調節、訴訟等應對的帮助。筹集建立相关基金。

5. Observation of current social trends.

Disadvantages. China-Canada relations are currently at a relatively low ebb. It is necessary to guard against possible anti-Chinese and anti-Chinese phenomena that may lead to racial discrimination and hatred against overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese, and ethnic Chinese.

五、當前社會大趨势的觀察。
