1. The definition of "hate crime":
First of all, it constitutes a criminal offense: assault and injury to the person, damage and destruction to property.

· Chinese fishing incident (2007)

There were four white teenagers who pushed people into the water, beat them, grabbed fishing rods, and wrote racially discriminatory slogans when they were not prepared.

一、"仇恨犯罪"的定义:
首先,是构成了刑事犯罪:对人身的攻击、伤害,对财产的损害、毁坏。

二、"仇恨犯罪"案例分析:
1、华人钓鱼事件(2007年)
有四名白人青少年,趁人不备推人下水、打人、抢鱼竿、写种族歧视的标语。
警察介入,嫌疑人被抓,定罪。

2、公开场合摆放「武汉病毒」牌子事件(2020年)

*以上案例都是:已构成刑事犯罪,并基于种族仇视引发。就构成了 "仇恨犯罪"。
三、面对"仇恨犯罪"怎么做?
1、自己的处置是及时报警。

注:911报警不必担心语言问题。
要求:国语Monterey ,粤语condones。
表述案情只要:简明、真实。
